An important IT company in Latin America is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master who excels in project management and has substantial experience in Scrum methodology. The role requires advanced conversational English and the ability to manage large, complex projects. This is a remote position based in Mexico, offering a salary of up to $88,000 gross and excellent benefits.

Job Description

• Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning.

• Understanding of time management, resource management cost management.

• Possesses good project management skills.

• Demonstrable experience in the definition of Scrum Master Standards, Processes and Procedures.

• Experience of working in large programs of work.

• Experience in applying formal project management methodologies and disciplines to manage large, complex Project.

• Experience delivering effective change management strategies and implementing scalable transitions Creating technical design artifacts partnering with architecture.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
