We are seeking an Operations and Value Stream Manager to help achieve this mission. This position will work together with interconnected facilities to ensure efficient package handling and last‑mile delivery services across the designated territory.
Additionally, this manager will be responsible for key metrics, including but not limited to: Safety Metrics, On‑The‑Road Metrics, Under the Roof and Cost Metrics including Optimization process.
This role requires moving across different locations under its scope of responsibility. Initially, the role requires working at nights and flexible shifts to fully understand the E2E operation cycle, after that is expected to have a flexible shift.
Managers in this role will drive continuous improvement initiatives across its territory and use data to inform decisions and influence leaders across all functions.
Responsible for goals in an area where the strategy may not yet be defined. Establishes workflows, SLAs, and operational excellence mechanisms at the site. Sets the standard for effective Delivery Station management and is well versed in industry practices and technologies. Brings Operations perspective to decision making with strong business acumen (understands contribution to the business and partners with finance for cost‑benefit analyses). Broad experience across functional and technical areas, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large‑scale operations.
