A global healthcare company based in Mexico City is looking for a Marketing Leader to provide end-to-end leadership in the therapeutic area, responsible for strategic planning, budget management, and collaborating with sales teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of pharmaceutical experience and a relevant educational background. Provide marketing and commercial end-to-end leadership for relevant TA to develop and implement a strategic approach addressing key unmet needs, generation brand equity, channels and pricing strategy, TA knowledge and market understanding boosting corporate objectives to develop and generate value to our stakeholders.
Foster flawless strategy execution through people engagement building brand teams inspiring others with a growth mindset and effective budget management.

This role is responsible for full TA P&L. Is accountable to lead brand team focusing on end-to-end strategic approach to generate TA & Brands equity, planning present and future growth.

This role has full marketing decision authority in the applicable brand team, actively brand, promotions, channel, pricing, & trade strategy working along with respective leading positions.
Education: Bachelor or Licensed professional of healthcare sciences, marketing, administration, industrial engineering or communications
Experience: 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably with 3+ year(s) experience in Marketing teams (it is a must Rx segment). Experienced at working collaboratively in an autonomous way. Expertise in current TA is a plus
Functional Knowledge: Pharmaceutical business acumen, market dynamics understanding, common business and market performance indicators, P&L understanding, budget execution
