A leading telecommunications company seeks a Senior Business Development professional to develop and implement sales strategies for IoT connectivity solutions in the Mexico City area. Candidates should have experience in B2B sales within Telecom or IoT sectors, along with fluency in English and Spanish. This role involves identifying new clients, managing existing portfolios, and collaborating across teams to achieve sales targets.

Formación

  • Experience in B2B sales within Telecom or IoT.
  • Advanced consultative sales techniques required.
  • Knowledge of IoT technologies (MQTT, CoAP, LPWAN, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for IoT connectivity, MVNO, VoIP, and Private Network solutions;
  • Identify and prospect new enterprise-level clients;
  • Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations;
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with a consultative sales approach;
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, providing strategic insights;
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure efficient delivery;
  • Prepare reports on metrics, forecasts, and commercial performance;
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences;
  • Stay up to date with technological innovations in IoT and connectivity.
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales within Telecom, Internet of Things, or tracking segments;
  • Completed university degree; specializations or certifications are a plus;
  • Knowledge of IoT technologies (MQTT, CoAP, LPWAN, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT);
  • Advanced consultative sales and negotiation techniques;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and inbound strategies;
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish;
  • Must reside in Mexico and surrounding regions.
