What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Essential Requirements (Must Have)
• At least 7 years relevant experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements in a Service Provider environment.
• Experience in utilizing & creating REST API's within ServiceNow to connect to external tools.
• Intermediate to expert level experience in JavaScript
• Well versed in creating, configuring, and maintaining data sources, LDAP and transform maps.
• Certifications : ServiceNow System Administrator / ServiceNow Developer (current and verifiable).
• Be an experienced ServiceNow technical development consultant specializing in core platform functionality with ITSM.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivation with ability to work in a remote environment on either CST or EST time zones.
• Positive, collaborative working style with the ability to work cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional client service.
