Formación

• 7+ years of object-oriented development experience such as Java, Python, or similar.
• 4+ years of .NET (C# or Visual Basic) experience.
• Ability to support full software lifecycle activities.

• Understand, estimate, review, and resolve software and build requests.
• Work with teams to estimate and plan product updates and features.

Be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex software functions within the Productivity Solutions and Services business at Honeywell. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.

• Understand, estimate, review, and resolve software/build/field/internal requests.
• Work with internal leadership, project management, and offering teams to estimate and plan product updates and feature requests.
• Design, develop and work with internal and external teams on creation and deployment of new features.
• Convey results of design investigations to stakeholders in order to help drive future product direction.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of object-oriented development experience such as Java, Python, or similar.
• 4+ years of .NET (C# or visual basic)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science
• Ability to support full software lifecycle activities including supporting/addressing customer and field escalations, troubleshooting, and patch releases.
• Fluent English

• Experience in developing applications using .NET MAUI
• Practical knowledge and use of development IDEs and source code tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with Continuous Software Delivery and Deployment
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools/practices (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Experience with source control and bug tracking tools (e.g. GitHub, BitBucket, Jira)
• Experience with data analytics and/or machine learning tools.
• Experience executing Agile software methodology
• Knowledge of test‑driven development
• Individuals who are self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
