Overview

About this Position The Specialist Customer Service will join our administrative department in the Shared Services Center (GBS). The candidate will be responsible for rigorously and promptly following up on Henkel's incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring strict compliance with delivery times and accurate management of credit notes.

Responsibilities
  • Works on tasks as defined by process / departments (OE, CN, WP, Pricing or Reporting).
  • Provides administrative support for the process.
  • Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise.
  • Tracking purchase orders within the company.
Qualifications
  • Customer service.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Sense of urgency and cooperation.
  • English advanced.
  • Excel intermediate.
