Job Description :

American Express Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has implemented an Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process for High Risk (HR) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).

EDD reviews are comprehensive investigations for existing HR and PEP customers, these reviews are performed utilizing different Systems of Records (SOR).

FIU EDD Analysts performs a critical role in ensuring that American Express adheres to international regulations for PEPs.

This position will work with FIU Leaders to make sure FIU adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Quality and Productivity standards in order to make sure FIU adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Quality and Productivity standards.
