Responsibilities
  • 1. Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis.
  • 2. Review and verify timesheets and adjust for any discrepancies.
  • 3. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • 4. Handle payroll-related questions and complaints.
  • 5. Act as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers, especially those who can only speak Spanish
  • 6. Handle administrative support tasks
Requirements
  • Experience : Previous experience in payroll administration, accounting, or administrative roles is often preferred.
