The Global Virtual Sales and Engineering (GVSE) team is a dynamic and multicultural team that consistently delivers technology sales, contributing to profitable growth. Your Impact
  • Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer and the Cisco account team.
  • Leverage an array of Cisco technology, services, and support specialists when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with iAEs in account planning activities.
  • Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation, creating demand.
  • Work with key partners to scale and set a brand preference to Cisco.
  • Align Cisco’s product and services capabilities to customers business drivers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Translates customer and partner business needs into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions and networking fundamentals.
  • Passion for learning technology and applying knowledge to help customers be successful.
  • Collaborative team player that is flexible in adapting to rapid change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, engineering, economics or mathematics or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar vendor certification preferred.
  • Customer intimacy skills.
  • Pre-sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge about the market, competition including solution, technology and offerings.
