Una empresa internacional de inteligencia de mercado está buscando un Ingeniero de Software (.NET) para unirse a sus equipos ágiles en Ciudad López Mateos, Estado de México. Se requiere experiencia de al menos 3 años programando en C# y desarrollando macros en VBA. Este rol híbrido implica trabajar en plataformas SaaS de próxima generación. Se valoran habilidades en DevOps y una sólida comunicación en inglés. Se ofrece un ambiente colaborativo y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Formación

• Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Software programando en C#/.NET.
• Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia desarrollando macros VBA.
• Firme comprensión de patrones de diseño de código y principios SOLID.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir al desarrollo de plataformas SaaS basadas en la nube.
• Colaborar con equipos de Operaciones, Arquitectura y Producto.
• Propietario del lanzamiento del desarrollo a producción.

Role Overview

Do you want to be part of building out next generation SaaS products that power the automotive industry?

JATO is currently looking to hire a Software Engineer (.NET) to join our agile teams. As a Software Engineer, you will work in a product delivery team using your C# .NET skills to deliver platform increments, contributing to our value stream.

This is a hybrid role based in our Mexico City office. Please note that fluency in English is required for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute toward the development of our next generation, cloud-based SaaS platforms
• Work closely with colleagues in Operations, Architecture, Delivery, Product and Support to collaboratively release platform increments
• Ensure a good understanding of the needs of your software users be they JATO staff, external customers, or fellow developers
• Contribute toward solution level architecture and design
• Own your release from development to production
• Continuously enhance your knowledge base and skillset

Key skills

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer programming in C#/.NET
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing VBA macros
• Firm understanding of coding design patterns and SOLID principals
• LINQ
• Agile methodology
• Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and writing queries
• Experience developing and consuming API’sKnowledge of microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD
• Git flow
• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate about software engineering, quality, and constant learning
• Desire to help others improve through mentoring
• A good grounding in technical theory and practice
• Experience in creating detailed support and technical material
• Attention to detail
• Respond to tight deadlines
• Being a team player

Desirable skills

• Experience developing cloud native solutions in Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of React and Typescript
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Experience working with non-relational databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.)
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) or Domain Driven Development (DDD)
• Experience working in the Atlassian stack (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket)
