This role involves hands-on content creation, community management, and influencer relationship development tailored to the LATAM market. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in social media management, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong negotiation and project management skills. A background in influencer marketing is also essential for success in this role.

Formación

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms and build strategic partnerships with trading industry influencers.

This role combines hands-on content creation, community management, and high-level influencer relationship development to elevate our brand in the LATAM market.

Social Media Management (70%)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, and Twitch.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's unique audience and best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Record and edit short-form videos and interviews during offline events, conferences, and meetups.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content that humanizes the brand and showcases company culture.
  • Develop compelling copy in Spanish that resonates with our target audience.
  • Coordinate with design team for graphics, animations, and other visual assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Foster and grow engaged communities on Discord and Twitch.
  • Identify and amplify user-generated content and success stories.
Influencer Partnership Development (30%)
  • Research and identify relevant trading industry influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the LATAM market.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential influencer partners with audience analysis and engagement metrics.
  • Proactively prospect and initiate contact with influencers aligned with brand values and target demographics.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Track and measure ROI of influencer partnerships.
  • Brief influencers on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key messages.
  • Oversee content approval processes and ensure brand alignment.
  • Manage contracts, payments, and legal requirements for influencer collaborations.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Mandatory bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), coupled with strong cultural awareness for the LATAM markets.
  • Mandatory submission showcasing successful, results-driven social media campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Full-spectrum platform expertise: deep understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, and Twitch.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and moderating communities (especially on Discord and/or Twitch).
  • Demonstrated skills in video recording and basic editing (mobile / camera, using tools like CapCut / Premiere) and proficiency with basic graphic design (Canva).
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social) and a strong understanding of analytics and paid social advertising (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and experience managing content creators / influencers (existing network a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
