A luxury hotel brand in Punta de Mita is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to enhance guest engagement through social platforms. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing online reputation, and building community connections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, proven experience in social media management, and excellent bilingual communication skills. This position requires local presence on-site for effective engagement.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Local to Punta de Mita – must be on‑site daily.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in hospitality or related industries.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.

Job Description

Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as the Social Media & Community Manager at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Area Director of Marketing. The Social Media & Community Manager is the voice and ambassador of the hotel brand across social media platforms, online review sites, and guest engagement channels. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections with guests, promoting the property’s services and experiences, and enhancing the hotel’s online reputation through consistent, high‑quality content and proactive community engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Local to Punta de Mita – must be on‑site daily.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in hospitality, creative agency, or related industries.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies and tactics across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and the luxury travel market.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
