A global leader in energy management is looking for an energetic Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in Santiago de Querétaro. This role involves supervising safe loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and monitoring shipment punctuality. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years in warehouse operations and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Formación

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and be part of an exciting operation that keeps our supply chain moving! We're looking for an energetic professional to lead and inspire our warehouse teams while ensuring operational excellence.

What you will do
  • Ensure compliance with NOM regulations, safety practices, and internal procedures.
  • Supervise safe loading and unloading operations.
  • Monitor shipment punctuality, loading times, picking errors, and returns.
  • Prepare weekly reports and propose improvement actions.
  • Assign tasks to the team of forklift operators and assistants.
  • Track team performance and support operational training.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper equipment use.
  • Verify that each shipment meets customer requirements and includes all necessary documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the system (ERP, WMS).
  • Maintain updated records for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with proven track record in warehouse operations management, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
