We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment. In this role, you will manage technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO while exploring innovative AI‑driven strategies to enhance visibility, attract high‑intent audiences, and drive measurable results. You will collaborate with content and marketing teams, perform in‑depth audits, and experiment with large language models to optimize search performance. This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge digital marketing technologies. The ideal candidate thrives on data‑driven decision making and enjoys experimenting with emerging SEO approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page factors to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and semantic SEO strategies to inform content creation.
  • Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce SEO‑driven blogs, landing pages, and other resources.
  • Build and manage link‑building and outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation metrics.
  • Diagnose and resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
  • Experiment with AI/LLM‑driven SEO workflows, including keyword clustering, topic ideation, and meta generation.
  • Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link‑building.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
  • Solid understanding of keyword research, semantic SEO, and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into SEO workflows (content ideation, clustering, prompt engineering).
  • Proven track record of improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a part‑time, remote‑first setting.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities within limited hours.
