A global leader in automotive solutions is seeking a Senior Workforce Software T&A Consultant in Nuevo León, Mexico. This role involves leading the implementation and maintenance of the Workforce Software platform for time and attendance management. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The position requires expertise in configuring time rules and working with SAP systems.

Please note definition differences between Intern and Co-op:
Intern: Student works full-time during the summer
Co-op: Student works part-time while school is in session. Student may work more hours during the summer if not enrolled in classes. Students may work for a minimum of one semester or longer.
Both positions are paid according to current academic standing and job classification.
A Senior Workforce Software T&A Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Workforce Software (WFS) platform for time and attendance management on a global level. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, ensure regulatory compliance and guarantee integration with other systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP). It also provides expert‑level support, leads continuous improvement projects and serves as a technical reference within the HR Applications team.
University degree in areas such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Workforce Software, SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECP Payroll, Microsoft 365 Suite.
