A global technology services provider is looking for a Software Development Senior Specialist in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in application maintenance, supporting L2 issues, as well as a strong knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate on cutting-edge platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis of issues in production.
