A leading mobility technology platform is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead initiatives across the SSL region. The role involves improving customer experience, driving operational efficiencies, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in operations or strategy, and strong SQL & Excel skills. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data-driven insights for meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • 6–10 years in Operations, Strategy, or Process Improvement, ideally in tech, logistics, or on-demand delivery.
  • Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the Store Picking initiative across SSL to deliver measurable impact.
  • Influence and partner with Courier teams for long-term operational efficiencies.
  • Drive Completion Rate improvements and end-to-end operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify bottlenecks and enable merchant success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store performance.
  • Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for Efficiency initiatives.
