A leading automation solutions provider is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to enhance market presence in Mexico. The successful candidate will drive sales of automation products, manage key accounts, and represent the organization at industry events. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and significant experience in industrial automation is required, alongside strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, and travel will be required for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years managing sales activities of rep sales organizations.
• 5+ years Application Solution Sales, or Strategic Sales and Marketing experience at Fortune 1000 clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy to grow MEAU Factory Automation business.
• Drive specification of MEAU’s Automation Solutions.
• Manage partnerships and represent MEAU at industry events.
