A global technology leader in Mexicali is seeking a Sr. IT Service Desk Support Specialist responsible for managing Microsoft Windows infrastructure and troubleshooting advanced technical issues. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of IT support experience and proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365. This role requires strong communication skills and offers a dynamic in-office environment with possible overtime and domestic travel requirements.

Formación

• 6+ years providing technical support in an IT support role.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft PC environment.
• Experience supporting remote users utilizing VPN connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Windows server/desktop infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot escalated server, software, and hardware issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to end users.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals

Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and TCP/IP networking

Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong project management skills

Educación

Associate’s degree in computer information systems

A+ certification

MCP certification
