A leading global restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Global Technology team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, strong knowledge of IAM concepts, and proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to improve customer and employee experiences through innovative technology solutions. Excellent communications skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies are required for success in this dynamic role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.
• Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required).
• Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance (no coding required).

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Partner with technology leadership to define project scope.
• Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams.
• Create user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as a liaison between business and development teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Operate within Agile Scrum frameworks.
