Duties & Responsibilities
- Executive Recruiter uses online channels such as Headhunting, LinkedIn, Job portals and similar
- Administer all required testing and assessment as outlined by standard operating procedures
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience for C- Level, executive and technical skill-based positions.
- Expert knowledge with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Working knowledge of standard tools used in the executive recruitment process.
- Ability to communicate effectively across geographical regions
- Ability to quickly solve problems.
- A positive, upbeat attitude, great organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Expert resume reading skills and collaborator
