A global financial infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations across U.S. and international entities. This high-impact role includes overseeing global consolidation, U.S. financial reporting, and audit readiness while managing a team across various locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience, strong technical expertise, and a CPA. This position fosters collaboration across teams, especially within financial operations, making it essential for the company's mission to support economic empowerment globally.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred).
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly close and financial reporting for Tala’s U.S. parent entity.
• Oversee global consolidation of all international subsidiaries.
• Directly manage a cross-border team of approx 6 people.
