A technology company in Monterrey is seeking a Sr Technical Consultant – Cloud to manage complex infrastructure operations and escalations. Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience, a degree in IT or a related field, and expertise in scripting and cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently during off-hours, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure support/engineering roles.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, CCNA, ITIL Intermediate) are highly desirable.
• Expertise in at least two core domains (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage/backup, networking, cloud).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical escalation point for critical incidents.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades and migrations across environments.
• Collaborate with teams on solution design and process improvements.
