A leading global talent management firm is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Mexico, Veracruz, Xico. This autonomous role involves defining and delivering change management programs for high-profile clients globally. The ideal candidate will have substantial change management experience and expertise in the recruitment industry. Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading change initiatives, and collaborating with global teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. The position may require occasional travel.

Formación

  • Solid experience in the recruitment industry, agency/MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience.
  • Large amount of change management experience.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
  • Understanding of project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in designing and delivering change management programs for our client implementations.

This pivotal role will work with high profile clients in the Americas and globally, to promote adoption of our Talent Solutions helping our clients achieve their human capital goals.

This is an autonomous end to end change management role which requires supporting multiple clients simultaneously.

In addition to regular project work, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate and elevate our change management toolkit and ways of working.

Responsibilities
  • Defining change management strategies partnering with and coaching client change sponsors and business partners sponsor activation and build out of change leadership roadmaps change impact and stakeholder analysis communications and engagement planning, and execution training planning, design and coordination planning, mobilization and coordination of change networks measurement of readiness and adoption educating colleagues on change management best practices change management workstream leadership collaboration with project colleagues and stakeholders identify and mitigation of risks to change delivery

You will work as part of a global team, having daily contact with colleagues in APAC and EMEA, as well as the Americas.

Qualifications
  • Solid experience in the recruitment industry, agency or MSP / RPO / SOW or significant internal TA experience
  • Large amount of change management experience.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations
  • Excellent understanding of the principles and frameworks of change management
  • Understanding of project delivery and workstream management within a fast-paced business environment
  • Change Management certification (Prosci or comparable) highly preferred
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Ability to "think and act promptly"
  • Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills
  • A high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to think strategically, lead initiatives and drive innovation
  • Comfort in working virtually, as this role is permanent based from home
