Formación

Basic Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have at least three years of relevant experience in corporate communications and / or related fields including journalism, marketing, and consulting.
  • Have practical and solid understanding of the earned, owned, paid and social media space and how to incorporate these channels into health clients plans for holistic communications programmes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple medium-sized projects simultaneously
  • Should have strong analytical, writing, editing, and client interaction skills
  • Perform well under pressure and be an accountable team player
  • Should have experience developing and implementing public relations programs
  • Mexican health sector knowledge is desired
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creation of integrated communications plans that meet client objectives
  • Help manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Build and manage relationships with clients
  • Work side by side with partner agencies on integrated communications campaigns
  • Consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications content
  • Supervise junior staff by motivating, coaching, and consistently providing feedback in day-to-day activities
  • Aidin the business development process by contributing ideas, conducting research, and assisting in the preparation of proposals
  • Provide support in the development of insightful reports
  • Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman's values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
