The Role

As SDR Manager , you'll lead a high-performing team of LDRs and SDRs, driving top-of-funnel results.

You’ll own the outbound process, analyze data, and deliver strategies that achieve measurable growth.

Your mission: create a high-performing team that thrives on meeting and exceeding targets.

This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven leader who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, lead by example, and optimize processes to achieve success.

What You’ll Do
  • Hire, train, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team.
  • Align directly with Co-CEO on goals, strategy, and execution.
  • Optimize outbound processes and refine scalable strategies.
  • Use data to track performance and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee CRM practices (HubSpot preferred) to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals.
What We’re Looking For

Fluent English: C2 English level for fast-paced, clear, and concise communication.

Sales Leadership: At least 1 year leading, training or coaching outbound teams (SDRs).

Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM tools, able to analyze trends and take actions to improve results.

Key Traits: Moves quickly, Scrappy, proactive, resilient, and passionate about growth.
