A dynamic tech company in Mexico City is seeking an SDR Coordinator to lead and optimize the sales development team. This role involves structuring and scaling the business opportunity generation process, aligning marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B SaaS and proven leadership skills, with the ability to analyze data and improve sales processes. Formación

  • 12+ months of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales or SDR teams.
  • Familiarity with SPIN Selling, BANT, and Activity-Based Selling methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead, train, and support the SDR/BDR team to achieve metrics.
  • Design and implement prospecting processes based on Activity-Based Selling.
  • Optimize lead qualification flow with marketing and sales.
  • Define and improve team productivity KPIs.
  • Develop playbooks and training materials for sales consistency.
