A biotechnology company is seeking a Scientist to develop in vitro assays supporting therapeutic programs. This hands-on role requires expertise in assay design and cellular assays for exosome-based delivery of therapeutic agents. The ideal candidate has a Ph.D. in a relevant field and strong technical skills. Responsibilities include validating assays, characterizing delivery protocols, and working collaboratively with research teams. This position is based in San Diego with an emphasis on innovative therapeutic platforms and meticulous documentation practices.

Formación

  • 0–3+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience with Ph.D., or 5+ years with M.S.
  • Proven experience in in vitro assay design for therapeutic evaluation.
  • Proficiency with mammalian cell culture, including iPSCs.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and validate in vitro assays to assess therapeutic efficacy.
  • Develop PK/PD assay platforms for cellular uptake analysis.
  • Utilize various assay technologies and analyze data effectively.
