Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Sales Operations Support

Location: Ciudad de México

Expected Start: March 2026*

Duration: 24 Months

We are a diverse, transparent, and passionate collaboration team with the goal of driving value to sales organization through Sales Operations processes to support the SAP Services Business.

The team supports all market units in the Americas Region, including Latin America, so be prepared to collaborate and learn from different cultures and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Information Modeling: multidimensional and relational data analysis.
• Generation of analytic reports.
• Data mapping and daily routine execution.
• Process automation: data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, use and generation of macros in Excel.
• Data validation: content verification, development of controls that ensure information integrity.
• General support on everyday business activities such as planning and reporting.
• Supporting main processes and tools: forecasts, partner follow up, performance reports, invoicing, consulting projects and premium contract operations support.

• Recent graduate of business, accounting, engineering, economics, computer science, software, or any other business-related subject.
• Good knowledge of English/Spanish
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools, principally advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytics for office; desirable.
• High level of motivation, reliable, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change, and learning new tools.
• Ability and interest to work independently.
