A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Customer Data Specialist to lead teams in executing system rollouts and maintaining data quality. The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience with deep knowledge of ERP systems, particularly S/4HANA. This role involves developing Power BI dashboards, supporting data migration, and ensuring data consistency, offering competitive benefits and potential relocation support.

Formación

• 7–12 years of experience in data management and analytics.
• Proficient in MDG and similar MDM tools.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA programs.
• Strong functional knowledge of O2C and sales operations.
• Experience in data migration strategies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Responsabilidades

• Develop Power BI dashboards based on defined KPIs.
• Support migration from R/3 to S/4 via the central data platform.
• Support integration testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Provide hands-on assistance during go-live and post-implementation.

Job Description

Experienced Customer Data Specialist (7–12 years) with the ability to lead teams in executing system rollouts, maintaining master data, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing & Quality Management
  • Develop Power BI dashboards based on defined KPIs and requirements
  • Implement data transformations using Databricks
  • Enhance DQ management through automation and AI-driven rule application
• Customer Master Data Migration
  • Support migration from R/3 to S/4 via the central data platform (Athena), in collaboration with the S/4 program, sales teams, local experts, and corporate services
  • Execute attribute mapping, data transformation, business rule application, and automation of migration processes
• Testing & Defect Management
  • Support integration testing, defect tracking, and resolution throughout the rollout lifecycle
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support
  • Provide hands-on assistance during go-live and post-implementation hypercare phases to ensure smooth transition and stability

Qualifications

• Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Proficient in MDG and similar MDM tools
• ERP & S/4HANA Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with S/4HANA programs
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Sales Processes
  • Strong functional knowledge of O2C and sales operations

  • Skilled in Databricks and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

  • Experienced in data migration strategies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Soft Skills
