• Primary Skill: Salesforce Service Cloud Advanced

Responsibilities: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended.

Service Delivery proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.

Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk effectively.

Drive innovation in sales support through Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Analyze and optimize project delivery processes for improved efficiency.

Advanced conversational English.

Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office

Mexico City and Guadalajara: 100% home office
