Join our team as Salesforce & Infrastructure Sr Supervisor in Aguascalientes, under the following (non-exhaustive) specifications:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide support and maintenance for servers.
  • Manage telephone infrastructure (CISCO).
  • Handle storage and cloud migrations (AWS).
  • Manage equipment, changes, and maintenance windows.
  • Manage vendors.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce.
  • Propose continuous improvement and optimize new activities and tasks.
  • Lead work teams.
  • Apply systematic data analysis methodologies to large classes of systems and technology assets.
  • Work across two key focus areas or portfolio types: assets (software, hardware, applications, infrastructure) and projects/programs.
  • Analyze data and present recommendations on comparative costs and the condition of each project.
  • Compare current system costs and related infrastructure based on their relative value to the organization.
  • Support ongoing portfolio measurement so that each infrastructure project can be monitored based on its contribution to business objectives.
  • Manage a suite of projects, usually within a limited number of business domains.
  • Treat projects as part of an overall investment portfolio by establishing a set of values, techniques, and technologies that enable visibility, standardization, measurement, and process improvement.
  • Aim to support ongoing measurement of the project portfolio so each project can be monitored for its relative contribution to business goals.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field (completed).
  • Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
  • Advanced English level.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud migrations, and Salesforce.
  • Technical knowledge in infrastructure and new technologies in general.
  • Certification in CISCO, Cloud (AWS, Azure) is desirable.
  • Knowledge in methodologies such as PMP, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, DevOps is desirable.
  • Knowledge with Improvement Methodologies (6 Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking) is desirable.
  • Experience managing budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX for projects is a plus.
  • Previous experience leading work teams is desirable.
