A leading electric vehicle company is seeking a Sales Training Manager in Mexico City. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing the sales training system, designing training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive sales or training, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel frequently. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the sales training system for XPENG in Mexico, covering direct sales teams and dealer networks;
  • Design and deliver standardized training programs on product knowledge, sales process, digital systems (CRM / DMS);
  • Localize global training content from HQ to fit Mexico market needs and improve practical effectiveness;
  • Organize and lead new dealer onboarding training, new employee certification, sales skill boot camps, and regional roadshows;
  • Build and manage sales certification and assessment systems, tracking training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and After-sales teams to ensure consistent implementation of standard sales SOPs;
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify capability gaps and prepare regular training impact reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or sales training, experience with EV brands (e.g. BYD, Tesla) is a strong plus;
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle automotive sales processes, dealer management models;
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and training materials development skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
