A community-focused organization is seeking a Sales Executive to attract and close new memberships. The ideal candidate has experience in energetic sales, strong communication skills, and is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include conducting virtual calls, maintaining CRM documentation, and collaborating with community teams to improve member engagement.

Formación

  • Proven experience in a high energy sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills on video calls and written follow-up.
  • Ability to manage 6–8 virtual calls per day with professionalism and energy.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduct 6–8 daily Zoom calls with prospective and existing members to understand needs and recommend relevant programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding members toward offerings aligned with their goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in the CRM to track performance and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Membership and Community teams to refine outreach and improve the member journey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
