A global digital solutions provider in Mexico seeks a motivated Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. You will identify potential clients, maintain a sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contract terms. Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through research, calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase value propositions and close deals effectively.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate contract terms, and ensure successful deal closure in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably in technology, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
