A global toy manufacturer is seeking a part-time Sales Account Coordinator for the LATAM region. This role involves providing operational support to the Latin America Account Manager and managing customer relationships. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. The position is based in Xico, Veracruz, and offers a vibrant workplace with a strong focus on sustainability and teamwork.

Formación

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, FMCG preferred.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
  • Basic understanding of Letters of Credit and shipping procedures desired.

Role Objectives

To assist the International Division in achieving key deliverables and sales budgets by providing quality assistance and support.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role FMCG preferred.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong methodical approach with attention to detail.
  • Able to show initiative and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of Letters of Credit and / or shipping procedures desired.
  • Must be bilingual - Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Account Support - Latin America Distribution
  • Provide full operational support to Latin America Account Manager distribution market.
  • Work directly with Latin America distribution partners providing operational support.
  • Work closely with Moose Toys China teams for all operational matters to ensure timely customer service and fulfil requirements - ensure orders processed within 24 hours.
  • Escalation point / support China team to manage and vet distributor orders - improve schedules, find solutions wherever possible, ensuring best results for customer.
  • Work with global planning to release combined production runs where necessary.
  • Manage Moose asset library (Toy box / Chorus) accounts and permission access for customers.
  • Work closely with samples team to execute customer's sample requests and pack dispatch mock samples.
  • Adhere to existing global SOP's and ensure processes are followed.
  • Manage new customer set up with finance team.
  • Follow up customers on outstanding AR statements / debit notes and order payments.
  • Support Account Manager with all Toy Fair follow up - executing sample requests and all operational follow up.
  • Manage data entry of seasonal pricing and support with reporting.
  • General admin support where required.

Work Hours

8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday

8:30am - 3:00pm, Friday

30‑minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time‑zones.

Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Light to moderate lifting is required
  • Frequently communicates with other employees and third‑parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required
