Strategic Recruitment & Talent Advisor | North America
As part of REHAU's strategic initiative REHAU Performance System (RPS2), the RPS2 Master plays a critical role in driving Lean transformation across the division / region. This position leads the rollout, implementation, and long‑term sustainability of the RPS2 methodology by coordinating major optimization initiatives, strengthening continuous improvement capabilities, and elevating operational performance across all levels of the organization. This role directly impacts REHAU's competitiveness by improving supply capability, reducing production costs, optimizing cycle times, and minimizing inventory levels.
