Main responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
Pilot sport growth locally
- MASTER MY AREA: Anticipate local trends to drive accurate forecasts and agile business decisions ;Develop deep understanding of local dynamics, including weather, tourist flow, public holidays, local events, vacation zones and sales formats.
- ENSURE ACCURATE STORE SALES FORECASTS : Based on the sales piloting from Country Sales Manager(s) build precise store sales forecasts by combining native forecasting with manual adjustment.
- DYNAMIC FORECAST ADJUSTMENT : Reviews and updates forecasts weekly in collaboration with CSM (Country Sales Manager), accounting for short-term factors such as weather fluctuations or promotions, while analyzing past accuracy and assessing future projections to ensure precise in store-sales forecast.
- COLLABORATE & CHALLENGE : Partner closely with CSM and Zone dispatch Planer (ZDP) to align forecasts, provide insights, and challenge assumptions for continuous improvement.
Build and drive my local availability tactics
- MASTER MY ENVIRONNEMENT: Master the market, products, store performance and formats, local constraints (seasonality, weather dependance, logistics delays) and commercial strategies.
- CREATE AN AVAILABILITY STORE TACTIC PER SEASON: before, during, after my identified
⇒ HAVE AN AVAILABILITY STORE TACTIC ON GRANULARITY :
by family type = top family TO, season family
by product type = investment product, key products turnover and quantity, OPECO
by group of stores = top, medium, small stores in TO and/or format
- PENURY STRATEGY: Maintain a decision tree defining WHO does WHAT in the contextof a stock shortage with my ecosystem (CSM, ZDP, LOG). => actions on supply parameters, offer, communication
- EXECUTE MY AVAILABILITY TACTICS THROUGH REPLENISHMENT SETTINGS: Only replenishment settings : matrix settings, tactical allocation & manual control, TG tool, pre-allocation etc
- UNITE MY ECOSYSTEM AROUND MY AVAILABILITY TACTICS (CSM, ZDP, LOGISTIC): I ensure the execution and compliance with the projected timeline
Boost the efficiency of my stock
- PROCESS MY ALERTS DAILY (out of stock, logistics delays, bad gestures, IT bugs): I communicate and coordinate my actions to/with my ecosystem
- OPTIMIZE MY REPLENISHMENT ACCORDING TO MY CLUSTERS: Stores, families, products. Ensure optimal stock availability while minimising overstock.
- SUPPORT THE LOCAL SUPPLY REQUEST:
⇒ Store alerts : stock capacity, local events etc.
⇒ Logistic alerts : unplanned or unforeseen events requiring quick action to ensure product availability.
- MANAGE THE CLEARANCE OF SLOW-MOVING INVENTORY FROM MY REGIONAL WAREHOUSE(S): End of life products, Range 5 & 0, out of range products.
- I can challenge pricing with my Country Sales Manager for products in lifestage 8 and Demand for products in lifestage 7
Requirements and skills
- Apasionado/a por la gestión, el análisis y la aplicación práctica.
- Eres riguroso/a, organizado/a, con fuerte capacidad de proyección y reflexión.
- Demuestras sentido de equipo y dotes de comunicación, curiosidad y gusto por el detalle.
- Idealmente con una carrera en negocio / comercio o similares.
- Se valorará o conocimiento de idiomas: inglés C1 (obligatorio).
