An upscale dining establishment in Bucerias, Mexico is seeking a skilled Restaurant Chef to elevate culinary offerings and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Executive Chef, manage daily kitchen operations, develop creative menus, and train staff. Candidates should have significant culinary experience and be fluent in both Spanish and English. This full-time position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned established restaurants and/or catering companies.
• Full Time Management Position requiring full flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef to set direction for daily operations.
• Assist with menu development and maintain recipes/standards.
• Order and receive products, managing vendor relationships.
