Job Title: Remote Video Content Executive (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,250 - $1,750 USD/month via wire transfer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, working schedule must align closely with UK business hours and be flexible to accommodate global coverage as needed.

We are seeking a Video Content Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Content Producer, this role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled individual who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands fast-paced digital content trends, and is comfortable working across a wide variety of asset types—from TikTok videos to YouTube ads and User-Generated Content (UGC)-style material.

You will play a key role in editing video content for paid media, organic social, and brand storytelling, while also assisting with still image editing. You must be a keen follower of social media and content trends, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and enthusiastic about exploring AI-powered editing technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Edit a variety of video formats, including short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; UGC-style performance ads for Meta and Google platforms; product highlight reels and branded lifestyle videos; and promotional/educational content for web and social use.
  • Enhance raw footage using color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Producer, marketing, and creative teams to ensure video output aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Design and edit still images for digital use (ads, banners, social posts) using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Stay updated on video and social media trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and platform-optimized.
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects to create simple animations, text overlays, and kinetic motion design when needed.
  • Contribute ideas for new formats, series, and storytelling approaches across our brand portfolio.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on video content with precision and creativity.
  • Explore and integrate emerging AI tools for faster editing, motion design, and content adaptation at scale.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
  • Experience:
    • 2–3 years of experience in video editing, digital content production, or a similar creative role (agency or D2C brand-side preferred).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-impact social and ad content across formats.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
    • Experience editing for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
    • Working knowledge of AI tools for video/image editing is a plus.
    • Familiarity with audio editing, stock footage sourcing, and captioning tools is advantageous.
  • Language Requirements:
    • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
