A leading medical services company is seeking a Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based positions. Initially working remotely, the role will transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico after a year. Responsibilities include screening candidates, maintaining ATS records, and collaborating with hiring managers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of recruitment experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Formación

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting U.S.-based roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
