A real estate startup is looking for a motivated Market Sales Agent to oversee property sales in a remote-first environment. You will lead all stages of the sales process, ensuring an outstanding experience for buyers and sellers. Ideal candidates will have more than 5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. The role offers competitive compensation, a bonus opportunity, and generous benefits including stock options and health insurance.

Base Salary $55,000 + Bonus

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a comparable role in the industry.
  • Proven ability to conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for pricing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of conventional financing guidelines.
