Job Title : Remote Growth Performance Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location : Remote from Latin America

Position Type : Full-time

Salary : $2,500 USD / month depending on experience

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (GMT-5 / EST overlap required); 1-hour lunch break

Job Overview

Two fast-growing SaaS companies within the same group are looking to bring their paid acquisition efforts in-house.

The first company focuses on helping process-driven teams document and scale their business operations.

The second provides a visual tool for planning and scheduling social media content, used globally by brands, agencies, and creators.

The organization operates as a lean, collaborative, and remote-first team across multiple time zones, strongly valuing autonomy, clear communication, experimentation, and measurable impact.

The goal of bringing paid acquisition in-house is to improve strategic alignment, campaign performance, and overall return on investment (ROI) across both brands.

We are hiring a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of all Google Ads initiatives across their fast‑growing SaaS products.

This is a high‑ownership role where you will drive the daily execution and strategic optimization of campaigns.

Your core responsibilities will include
  • Managing and optimizing both Search and Performance Max campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Designing and running controlled experiments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translating performance data and insights into actionable business decisions that shape the overall marketing strategy.

You will work directly with leadership, collaborate closely with content and growth teams, and play a key part in defining the performance marketing strategy across both brands.

Responsibilities
  • Fully own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Performance Max) for two SaaS brands.
  • Build and run A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, audiences, keywords, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage audience strategy, negative lists, and exclusions to improve targeting quality.
  • Monitor daily performance and translate leading indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into clear insights.
  • Produce weekly reports and communicate risks, opportunities, and next steps directly to leadership.
  • Recommend creative refreshes (UGC‑style, video, copy variants) to maintain performance.
  • Collaborate with growth, content, and design teams to align cross‑channel initiatives.
  • (Optional) Support expansion into Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, TikTok, or CRO and landing page testing.
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, with strong Google Ads expertise.
  • Proven experience managing and improving Search and PMax campaigns.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B funnels, or long sales‑cycle customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie performance back to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage campaigns without micromanagement.
  • Based in LATAM with strong alignment to EST / UK working hours.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Familiarity with attribution, ROAS lag, and multi‑touch funnels.
  • Comfort creating or advising on simple reporting dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating in lean, fast‑moving remote environments.
