Job Title : Remote Growth Performance Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home)
Location : Remote from Latin America
Position Type : Full-time
Salary : $2,500 USD / month depending on experience
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (GMT-5 / EST overlap required); 1-hour lunch break
Two fast-growing SaaS companies within the same group are looking to bring their paid acquisition efforts in-house.
The first company focuses on helping process-driven teams document and scale their business operations.
The second provides a visual tool for planning and scheduling social media content, used globally by brands, agencies, and creators.
The organization operates as a lean, collaborative, and remote-first team across multiple time zones, strongly valuing autonomy, clear communication, experimentation, and measurable impact.
The goal of bringing paid acquisition in-house is to improve strategic alignment, campaign performance, and overall return on investment (ROI) across both brands.
We are hiring a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of all Google Ads initiatives across their fast‑growing SaaS products.
This is a high‑ownership role where you will drive the daily execution and strategic optimization of campaigns.
You will work directly with leadership, collaborate closely with content and growth teams, and play a key part in defining the performance marketing strategy across both brands.
