In this role, you will be the strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, playing a pivotal role in ensuring swift closure of enterprise deals. Accountabilities
  • Structure, review, and approve Order Forms, NDAs, and DPAs.
  • Assess commercial, legal, and data protection risks with confidence and clarity.
  • Drive the development of internal AI tools for automating recurring deal-related queries.
  • Serve as the main contact for Commercial, Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security matters.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to ensure efficient pricing strategies and deal structures.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding closing dynamics.
  • Academic background in law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Ability to balance legal correctness with commercial sense.
  • Strong executive judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Capability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation processes.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
