• Direct experience preparing monthly financial statements for small to mid-sized businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary accounting contact for assigned clients.
• Lead recurring client calls to review financials.
• Own full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
• Identify and resolve errors in client books.

Conocimientos

Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP

Ability to clean up messy books
