The role requires expertise in financial management and project oversight, with responsibilities including data analysis, process optimization, and support for strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in CROs, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. This position supports a remote work model based in Veracruz, Mexico.

Formación

• 5 or more years of CRO experience is ideal.
• High knowledge and experience in financial management of project-based business (in CRO, ideal).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and financial negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support leaders with business performance and operational optimization.
• Analyze financial and operational data to assess performance.
• Work with Business Unit Heads to identify lean processes.
