• Good understanding of the payment industry and billing processes.
• Proven experience creating operational reporting and business analysis.

• Manage involuntary churn by analyzing payment collection rates.
• Understand and recommend improvements for invoice to cash processes.
• Support the development of a Billing Operations roadmap.
