The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing contractor payroll, and ensuring HR compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree related to finance or HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Competitive salary offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or HR compliance.
• Familiarity with labor laws and contractor management.
• Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Calculate weekly payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and ensure HR compliance.
• Advise on contractor classification and support onboarding processes.
