A recruitment firm is seeking a proactive Remote Appointment Setter to support a growing sales team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth sales pipeline. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in appointment setting and customer support, possess strong organizational skills, and be fluent in English at C2 level. This remote position offers the chance to work with U.S.-based teams and contribute to a supportive company culture focused on growth.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Language: English (C2 Level required)
Location: Remote – LATAM preferred

We’re hiring a proactive and highly organized Appointment Setter to support our client’s growing sales team. This role is key in keeping the sales pipeline moving, managing inbound and outbound lead communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring every prospect receives a timely, professional response.
You’ll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to keep calendars aligned, CRM data clean, and communication consistent across multiple channels
